Strawberry Delight(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. fresh strawberries
    1/2 angel food cake (10-inch)
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 vanilla instant pudding mix (3 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 c. cold milk
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Wash, hull and slice strawberries.
    Cut cake into bite size pieces.
    Whip the cream.
    Combine in large bowl dry pudding mix, sour cream, milk and orange peel.
    Mix on low speed 1 to 2 minutes or until thick and well blended.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Layer in large serving bowl as follows:
    1/2 of cake pieces, 1/3 of the strawberries and 1/2 of pudding mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Arrange remaining strawberries over top.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
