Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    6 potatoes, sliced round
    2 c. shredded or sliced carrots
    1 onion
    1/2 head shredded cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain and rinse.
    Put meat in an oblong pan. Layer onions, potatoes, carrots and cabbage on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 until potatoes and carrots are done.
    You may leave cabbage out of recipe!
