Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. wide noodles
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. cheese (either all cottage cheese or 1/2 cottage and 1/2 cream cheese)
    1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick), melted
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Beat eggs and sugar together. Mix cheese, milk and margarine and add egg mixture.
    Mix all ingredients with cooked noodles. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (I prefer glass).
    Top with sugar and cinnamon or cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
