Special Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar (brown sugar is very good)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Beat in sugar and baking powder.
    Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into a greased pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with whipped cream.
