Pork Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork strips
    2 green peppers, cut 1 inch squares
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drain and add water to juice to make 1 1/2 c.
    1/2 c. soya sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice and water to soya sauce, cornstarch, chicken base, pepper and garlic.
    Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry pork and green peppers 3 to 4 minutes, until brown.
    Push meat to one side of pan.
    Add liquid and pineapple.
    Stir and cook to thicken.
    Pour this recipe over cooked rice.
