Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour (do not level off)
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. oleo or margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix all together and cook in double boiler until thick.
    Pour into a 9-inch cooked pie shell.
    (I cook this in a microwave oven until thick, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.) Serves 8.
