Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 large carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. sugar (brown or white)
2 Tbsp. level cornstarch
Preparation

Cook carrots in 3/4 cup water.
Make sauce with remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots.
