Denver Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
Preparation
    Cook and stir 1/2 cup of minced onion and minced green pepper in butter or margarine until onion is tender.
    Stir in diced ham; heat through.
    Serve warm.
    Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
