Traditional Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 container egg substitute equal to 2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. one minute oatmeal
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans.
Preparation
    First, sift the flour and baking soda together.
    Next blend vanilla, oil and sugars, then add the egg substitute.
    Finally stir in the flour, oatmeal and nuts.
    Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0 and spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
    Drop the dough onto the sheet with a teaspoon.
    Bake for 8 minutes.
