Sopa De Alondigas(Meat Ball Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 qt. beef broth
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Blanch, peel and seed tomatoes.
    Dice 3 of the tomatoes and set aside.
    Crush the remaining tomatoes and simmer in the beef broth. After 30 minutes, strain the tomato pulp out of the broth.
    Add bell pepper, onion, chili powder and diced tomatoes.
    Simmer until vegetables are ready.
