Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    Tony's seasoning
    egg
    flour (enough to thicken like soft dough)
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender and drain well.
    Add salt, pepper, Tony's seasoning, egg and flour.
    Mix well.
    Drop in hot deep fat for fritters (like hush puppies) or shallow oil for patties.
    Brown patties on both sides.
    Drain well on paper towel. You don't have to cook these all at once.
    Dough can be stored in refrigerator for a few days and cooked later.
    I have made a \"ton\" of these!
