Easy Low-Fat Crustless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if using glass pie plate).
    Grease a 10-inch plate.
    Beat all ingredients 2 minutes with a mixer.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Yields 8 servings.
