Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Measure 1/4 of soup mix with meat, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
    Shape into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Brown in skillet (in shortening) on all sides.
    Blend remaining soup with water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
