Green Salad With Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

assorted greens, washed and cut into bite size pieces (iceberg, red leaf, Boston, romaine, green leaf, spinach, etc.)
5 sliced scallions
1 to 2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pecans, roasted (no butter or salt)

Mix together and put dressing on at the last moment; mix well. Makes 8 servings.
