Barbecue Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown and drain the hamburger.
    Add onion, celery and green pepper.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and let simmer until onions, celery and green peppers are tender.
    I've found that 1 or 2 tablespoons of brown sugar improves the flavor.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
