Nancy'S Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
lukewarm water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, adding water gradually, until a firm dough is formed.
Form dough balls about the size of a tennis ball and roll out thin.
Cook on a hot griddle that is well oiled. Turn after first side is browned.
Turn over twice.
(Dough may be stored in refrigerator until ready to use.
Tortillas may be frozen and warmed before serving.)
