Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat, cut small
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or part beef broth and part red wine
    potatoes
    carrots
    onion, boilers or sliced white
Preparation
    Put meat and vegetables into oven casserole dish.
    Mix broth and soups together.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    If desired, the last 15 minutes, add fresh broccoli flowerets.
