Corn Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans corn (I use summer crisp)
    1 can tomatoes (stewed or seasoned), diced (don't drain)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced red or orange bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Italian season blend
Preparation
    Simmer onion and peppers in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly.
