Polenta (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Whip water, corn meal and salt together until blended in 3-quart microwave bowl.
    Cover, cook on High 5 minutes.
    Take it out and whip until smooth, recover, cook 5 minutes, take it out again and whip.
    Recover and cook 3 minutes.
    Let it stand 1 minute, then whip in cheese (it will melt quickly).
    Top with tomato sauce.
