Beef-And-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large potatoes, sliced
    1 large sweet potato, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    several carrots, sliced
    1 pkg. beef tips
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange in Pyrex baking dish and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Top with slices of cheese.
