Rodgers Forge Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bacon, rendered
    fat from rendered bacon
    2 big onions, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    4 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    6 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 large green bell peppers
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
