Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 to 3 stalks celery
    2 to 3 carrots
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. flour
    2 heads broccoli
    1 large can chicken broth
    4 potatoes, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta (optional)
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute vegetables in margarine.
    Slowly add flour.
    Parboil broccoli.
    Add water and all to vegetables.
    Add chicken broth and potatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cheese may also be added.
