Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can creamed corn
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 oz. can diced or whole green Ortega chilies
    1 lb. or less Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except green chilies and cheese. Pour half the batter into a greased 13 x 9 pan and cover with sliced cheese and green chilies.
    Cover with remaining batter. Bake 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven until set.
