Veggie Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat bread
mustard
1 slice low-fat sliced cheese
1/3 (8 oz.) block Tempeh
1/4 c. sauerkraut
1 tsp. oil
Preparation
-
Toast the bread.
Spread with mustard.
Split the Tempeh horizontally and saute both sides in oil.
Place Tempeh on the bread and add the sauerkraut.
Top with slice of cheese.
Place in toaster oven or microwave to melt cheese.
