Fresh Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Toss gently to coat fruit.
    Let mixture set for 15 minutes.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Turn rhubarb mixture into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Cut slits in top crust. Place pastry atop filling.
    Seal and flute edges.
    Bake pie in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
