Crock-Pot Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot; salt and pepper.
    Cook on high for 8 hours.
    (I put it on at bedtime.) Remove roast and all broth.
    Cut meat into small pieces (the roast usually falls apart because it is so tender).
    Add one cup of broth; add all 3 mixes.
    Stir well until lumps are gone.
    Add meat.
    Add broth in until the roast is covered by gravy mixture (about 3 cups).
    Cook 2 to 3 more hours in crock-pot on low.
