Sweet And Sour Pork(China) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork steak or pork chops
    2 eggs
    3 heaping tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple with juice
    red peppers (optional)
    green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and dry ingredients.
    Dice the pork and mix it in.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil; deep fry.
    Cook until golden brown 5 minutes.
