Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. spinach, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well; press most of the water out.
Mix softened butter and cream cheese; combine with spinach.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until heated through. Can be used as an appetizer or a side dish.
