Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. fat or oil
Preparation

Mix flour and seasonings; coat chicken with mixture.
Heat fat in large frypan.
Fry chicken until browned on one side.
Turn and brown the other side.
Continue to cook slowly, uncovered, on top of range, 30 to 45 minutes or in the oven at 350\u00b0 until tender.
