Vegetable Butter Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. freeze-dried chives
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a 1-cup measure, combine the butter, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
    Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes or until the butter melts.
    Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
    Serve topping over hot cooked vegetables.
