Spiced Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. fruit
3 lb. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
2 oz. whole cinnamon
1 oz. whole cloves
Preparation

Heat vinegar, sugar and spices together.
Pour this hot over fruit 3 times.
The third time, boil the juice to a syrup.
Then heat your fruit with the syrup and can.
