Chicken Or Turkey A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
2 c. milk
4 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
8 1/2 oz. can peas
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend in flour well.
Add broth and milk all at once.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and bubbly. Add meat, mushrooms and peas.
Heat through.
Serve over toast or waffles.
