Crown Jewel Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small (3 oz.) pkg. each: cherry, orange and lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix each package of Jell-O with boiling water and cold water in separate pans. Chill overnight. Mix pineapple juice with sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add lemon Jell-O to hot juice. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Chill 1 hour and 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 3 flavors of Jell-O into cubes with a sharp knife. With a mixer, cream together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add lemon Jell-O and juice to cream cheese and beat until well mixed. Fold in cubed Jell-O. Refrigerate and chill overnight.
