Hunan Beef With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, thoroughly combine brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Add beef; turn to coat.
    In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic, pepper and beef mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until beef is browned.
    Stir in red and green peppers and green onions; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add salt and pepper.
