Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
onion salt
assorted crackers
Preparation

In bowl with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Slowly stir in pineapple, pecans, green pepper and onion salt.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in rest of nuts.
Wrap in foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
