Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 garlic buds, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. minced hot red pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onion and garlic buds in butter until ground beef is no longer pink.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook slowly for 2 hours or longer.
    Cooked or canned red kidney beans may be added after chili is cooked.
