Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chunk pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Grease 3-quart casserole dish and put in pineapple chunks which have been drained (save juice).
    Combine sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple.
    Sprinkle this with a little pineapple juice.
    Put cheese on top and top with Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
