Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    2 stalks celery, chopped coarsely
    2 onions, chopped coarsely
    1 green pepper, chopped coarsely
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 to 2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix ingredients plus meat.
    Place in pan and roast at 350\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    Remove beef and shred.
    Return beef to sauce.
    Serve on sandwich rolls.
    This serves a big gang!
