New Hampshire Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions, sliced
    3 finely cut peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large can tomatoes
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry peppers and onions in small amount of margarine until soft.
    Add hamburger and cook until crumbly.
    Add the tomatoes and rice, chili powder and salt and pepper.
    Bake in a large casserole at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
