Eggplant Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Peel eggplant; slice
    1/8-inch\tthick.\tSpread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce in
    bottom
    of
    2
    quart
    casserole
    dish. Layer 1/2 of eggplant, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 the oregano and 1/2 sharp cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover; microwave at High 14 to 16 minutes.
    Add Mozzarella cheese.
    Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
