Diabetic Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsweetened grape juice
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. tapioca
    artificial sweetener to equal 3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine and let stand 5 minutes.
    Allow tapioca to soften. Bring mixture to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Skim off any foam, pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    Can use any flavor as long as it is unsweetened.
