Pasta Fagioli(Pasta Fazool) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans cannellini beans (white kidney)
    1 lb. ditalini macaroni
    chopped fresh parsley
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook garlic in oil until just browned.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Let cook 10 minutes.
    Add beans and stir. Continue to simmer on low heat.
    Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and add to bean mixture.
    Stir and add a little water, it tends to get too thick.
    Add parsley and sprinkle with grated cheese and \"Mangia!\"
