Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Brown in frying pan. Meanwhile, mix preserves, soy sauce, barbecue sauce and onion. Pour over browned chicken. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Ten minutes before time is finished, add the water chestnuts and green pepper.
