Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together (use large bowl) well. Transfer to a 9 x 13 casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
