Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, minced
2 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 loaf party rye bread
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Fry ground chuck and onion, breaking into shreds with a fork. Sprinkle flour over the meat.
Mix in the pizza sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
Spread on bread slices and top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
