Ingredients

4 c. peeled and chopped mangoes or cooking apples
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. candied citron
1/4 c. candied papaya
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven.
Bring to boil and cook, uncovered, over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Chill.
Yields 4 cups.
