Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. dry rice
4 lb. bacon
2 large onions, chopped
2 large bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. bacon grease
salt
pepper
soy sauce to taste
6 to 8 eggs
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed on box.
Cook bacon until crisp, reserving 1/2 cup grease.
Saute bell pepper and onions in bacon grease.
Add salt, garlic salt (if desired), pepper and soy sauce.
Beat eggs together and pour into mixture and scramble. Pour into rice and mix together.
Crumble bacon and mix.
Makes a large dish.
