Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
    2 c. (regular size box) stove top type dressing mix
    1 c. grated parmesan cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Don't add water to dressing mix. Make balls the size of walnuts and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Ranch dressing dip.
