Beef-Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. (4 oz. total) dried beef in jar or pkg., rinsed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

Preparation

Chop dried beef fine and mix with cream cheese, onion and pepper.
Form into desired shape and serve with crackers.
