Mozzarella Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf unsliced white bread (frozen)
1-1/4 c. milk
1/8 lb. butter
1/2 c. flour
1-1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1-1/2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation

Slice frozen bread as thin as possible. Melt butter, add flour and add heated milk to butter and flour mixture. Stir with wire whisk until lumps disappear. Add cheese, horseradish, and bouillon cube. Cook over low heat ten minutes. Cool.
Spread mixture on bread slices and roll up. Fry in 350\u00b0 fat until golden brown.
